Instructions
Peel and chop your cucumber into manageable pieces.
In a high-speed blender, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, banana, frozen pineapple, spinach, ice cubes, and lime juice.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more banana or lime juice if desired.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
