Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut milk for a dairy-free option
  • 1 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
  • 1 ripe banana broken into pieces
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop your cucumber into manageable pieces.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, banana, frozen pineapple, spinach, ice cubes, and lime juice.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more banana or lime juice if desired.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
