Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy-free butter Softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar Packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond milk Or other dairy-free milk

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the dairy-free butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
  • Scoop balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.

Baking

  • Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Allow cookies to rest on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
