Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk almond, coconut, soy, etc.
  • 1/4 cup dairy free yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • In a quart-sized jar, combine rolled oats, dairy free milk, and dairy free yogurt. Stir until well combined.
  • Add chia seeds and mix again to ensure they are evenly distributed.
  • Drizzle in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract, stirring well to incorporate.
  • Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the oats and adjust the consistency with more dairy free milk if needed. Add toppings as desired.
