almond, coconut, soy, etc.

dairy free yogurt

chia seeds

honey or maple syrup

Instructions
In a quart-sized jar, combine rolled oats, dairy free milk, and dairy free yogurt. Stir until well combined.
Add chia seeds and mix again to ensure they are evenly distributed.
Drizzle in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract, stirring well to incorporate.
Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
In the morning, stir the oats and adjust the consistency with more dairy free milk if needed. Add toppings as desired.
