Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour the creamy mixture over it.
Sprinkle sun-dried tomatoes on top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender.
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the butter to the crockpot.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
