Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional, for heat
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Sun-Dried Tomatoes In oil, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Fresh Basil or Parsley for garnish Optional

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
  • Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour the creamy mixture over it.
  • Sprinkle sun-dried tomatoes on top of the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  • In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the butter to the crockpot.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
