Ingredients
  

  • 15-20 large Shrimps Peeled and deveined.
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 piece Egg Beaten.
  • 4 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 5 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika or Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced.
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Wash the shrimp thoroughly under cold running water. Drain and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine salt, black pepper, corn flour, and beaten egg. Whisk until a smooth batter forms.
  • Add the shrimp to the batter and mix well until they are evenly coated.
  • Heat oil in a large pot or deep frying pan over medium heat. Test the oil temperature by dropping in a small amount of batter.
  • Carefully add 2 to 3 shrimp at a time to the hot oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then remove and drain on kitchen paper.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, tomato ketchup, paprika, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, and white vinegar until smooth.
  • Toss the fried shrimp in the sauce until evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
