  • 1 bunch Fresh radishes Look for firm and vibrant radishes.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For tossing and coating the radishes.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika Optional, for added flavor.
  • to taste Fresh herbs Optional, such as parsley or chives for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash the radishes thoroughly under cold water. Trim off the ends and cut them in half or quarters, keeping them roughly uniform for even cooking.
  • Place the cut radishes in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Season the radishes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, mixing well to ensure all pieces are seasoned.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned radishes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook the radishes for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. Check for tenderness and desired crispiness.

Serving

  • Remove the radishes and transfer them to a serving dish. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes
