  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips recommended.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, and the eggs. Mix until the batter is smooth and uniform.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, place dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.

Baking

  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
