Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Good quality chocolate recommended.
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or shortening For a glossy finish.

Toppings

  • 1 cup pretzels (broken into pieces) Add a salty crunch.
  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts Can substitute with other nuts.
  • ½ cup green and red chocolate candies For festive color.
  • ½ cup Christmas sprinkles Use as desired for decoration.

Preparation

  • Line a baking tray with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Pour semi-sweet chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl.

Melting Chocolate

  • Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, stir, and continue heating in 1-minute intervals until melted and smooth (about 1.5 to 2 minutes total).
  • Stir in coconut oil or shortening for a glossy finish.

Assembling the Bark

  • Pour and spread the melted chocolate evenly on the baking tray.
  • Sprinkle the pretzel pieces, peanuts, chocolate candies, and sprinkles evenly on top before the chocolate hardens.

Chilling and Serving

  • Chill the tray in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until fully hardened.
  • Once set, break the bark into bite-sized pieces and serve.

Notes
