  • 1 box box of cake mix (any flavor) Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 1 8-ounce container Cool Whip
  • 1 large egg

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and the large egg. Mix until smooth and homogenous.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop dollops of the cookie dough onto the sheet, leaving space between each.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
  • Remove from oven and cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
