  • 1 cup Grillo's pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Should be at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped Optional for garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Optional.

Preparation

  • Begin by preparing your ingredients. Finely chop the Grillo's pickles and set them aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend them until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the ranch seasoning mix, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and lemon juice to the bowl.
  • Stir in the finely chopped pickles, mixing well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  • If you choose to add cheddar cheese, fold it in gently until distributed evenly.
  • Transfer the dip into a serving dish, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serving

  • Serve chilled with your favorite dippers, such as fresh vegetables, tortilla chips, pita chips, or crackers.
