  • 4 thighs chicken thighs Bone-in recommended for flavor and moisture.
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  • Place the chicken thighs at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth. Stir until well blended.
  • Add chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, dried thyme, and paprika to the soup and broth mixture.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Once done, stir the gravy and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
