Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.
For the last 3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets to the pot.
Drain pasta and broccoli together in a colander and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the drained pasta and broccoli to the skillet. Toss to combine.
Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Stir well to coat.
Serve warm, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
