  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 4 large tortillas or use 2 cups cooked rice
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring often until browned and fully cooked.
  • Toss in the mixed vegetables and pour in the soy sauce. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the veggies are tender yet still crisp.
  • Warm the tortillas in another pan or microwave.
  • Spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture onto each tortilla and wrap tightly, or serve over cooked rice.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
