Preparation

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, onion soup mix, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring they are fully covered.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serving

  • Once cooking is complete, check the chicken for tenderness.
  • Serve over cooked noodles, rice, or potatoes with some sauce spooned on top.
