  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (any type)
  • ½ cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 3 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional) For extra fiber
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) To taste
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, Nutella, chia seeds, honey, and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Taste your mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into two jars or airtight containers.
  • Cover the jars and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, allowing the oats to soak up the liquid.
  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir to combine any ingredients that may have settled.

Serving

  • Add your favorite toppings before serving, such as fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of Nutella for extra indulgence.
