Easy Strawberry Yogurt Bites

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced Choose ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 2 cups yogurt (plain or flavored) You can substitute with coconut or Greek yogurt for different flavors.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust based on desired sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional for added flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances the sweetness.
  • 1 set Mini muffin or silicone molds Silicone molds preferred for easy removal.

Preparation

  • Preheat your freezer to ensure the bites freeze quickly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  • Arrange sliced strawberries in the bottom of each mold.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture over the strawberries, ensuring they are well-covered.
  • Fill the molds to the top, leaving a little space for the yogurt to expand while freezing.
  • Place molds in the freezer and let them freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until solid.
  • Once frozen, carefully pop the bites out of the molds. If difficult, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.

Notes

Store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months. For added textures, sprinkle crushed nuts or seeds on top before freezing.
