  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sweet and sour sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks canned or fresh
  • 1 piece bell pepper chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts directly into your slow cooker.
  • Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the chicken.
  • Add the pineapple chunks and chopped bell pepper on top of the chicken.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Check that the chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily with a fork.

Serving

  • Serve the dish on a bed of fluffy rice to soak up the sauce.
