Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Mini hotdogs (around 24 count)
  • 1 package Puff pastry dough (thawed) Ensure it's thawed before use.
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly flour a clean surface to prevent sticking, then roll out the puff pastry dough until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Slice the dough into strips that are around 1 inch wide.
  • Take a mini hotdog and place it at one end of a pastry strip. Wrap the pastry around the hotdog until it is completely covered.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wrapped hotdogs on it, leaving some space between each one.

Baking

  • In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it across the top of each wrapped hotdog.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over each mini hotdog to enhance the flavor.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for around 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  • Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a serving platter.

Notes
