Frankenstein Halloween Rice Krispie Treats
Delightful and spooky Rice Krispie treats shaped like Frankenstein, perfect for Halloween parties!

- Casserole Dish
- Piping bag
- Oven
Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 10 oz green candy melts
- 3 oz black candy melts
- royal icing eyes
- black jimmies sprinkles
Instructions
- Butter a 9" x 13" casserole dish to prevent sticking.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low to medium heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
- Pour in the Rice Krispie cereal and fold gently until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and press down firmly to set.
- Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into rectangles.
- Melt the green candy melts using a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip the top of each Rice Krispie treat into the melted green candy, coating well.
- Roll in black jimmies sprinkles immediately after dipping.
- Add royal icing eyes and pipe on additional details using the black candy melts.
- Allow to set before serving.
