Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it is sufficiently softened for blending.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Frank's RedHot sauce Adjust for desired heat level.
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles Optional for extra flavor.
  • to taste Green onions, for garnish Optional for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with Frank's RedHot sauce. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the shredded chicken and ranch dressing to the mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese. If using, add blue cheese crumbles for extra flavor.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until it’s bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, or bread. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to five days or frozen for about two months.
