  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce Adjust to taste for more or less heat.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Divide into two portions.
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles Optional for added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust to your preference.
  • for garnish fresh parsley Optional for garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in the Frank's Red Hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  • Fold in the shredded chicken, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and blue cheese crumbles if using.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
