French Bread Pizza

This quick and easy French Bread Pizza combines crispy bread with your favorite toppings for a delicious comfort food treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 loaf French Bread
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (or more to taste)
  • ½ cup pepperoni (or to taste)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Melt the butter in a small bowl and mix in garlic powder and chopped parsley.
  • Slice the French bread lengthwise and brush the cut sides with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 5 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  • Layer half of the pepperoni on the toasted bread, spread pizza sauce evenly, and top with mozzarella and remaining pepperoni.
  • Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with additional parsley if desired, slice, and serve hot.
