Instructions
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté for 25-30 minutes until caramelized.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned and fully cooked.
Stir in the onion soup mix, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
Pour in the beef broth and condensed French onion soup. Stir to combine.
Fold in the egg noodles, pressing them under the liquid to ensure even cooking.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and cover. Simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and sprinkle crispy fried onions on top.
Serve warm and enjoy!
