Instructions
In a mason jar or ramekin, mix together oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add milk, vanilla yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
In the morning, stir the oats. If desired, warm in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
Top with your choice of garnishes such as pecans, fruits, and granola before serving.
