Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can 15 oz chili Choose one with or without beans based on preference
  • 1 block 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature Cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend cheese For added flavor
  • 1 bag Fritos Original Corn Chips For dipping

Optional Garnishes

  • sliced green onions
  • diced tomatoes
  • sour cream
  • fresh cilantro

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut the block of cream cheese into small cubes and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Pour the can of chili over the cream cheese cubes.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly on top of the chili.

Heating

  • Microwave: Heat the bowl in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Slow Cooker: Cook on low for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Oven: Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.

Mixing and Serving

  • Stir everything together until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and arrange Fritos around it for dipping.
  • Add optional garnishes as desired.

Notes
