Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) Choose your favorite type.
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries If using frozen, thaw and drain to avoid excess moisture.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust based on your desired sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional, adds flavor.
  • A pinch of salt Enhances flavor.

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until the ingredients blend smoothly.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, drop tablespoon-sized dollops of the yogurt and blueberry mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
  • Freeze the clusters for about 2-3 hours or until they are completely solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container or zip-top bag in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Notes

To achieve the best texture, if using frozen blueberries, ensure they are thawed and drained. You can experiment with different types of yogurt and toppings for variety.
