  • 2 pieces Frozen chicken breasts Remove from package, can be cooked while still stuck together
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil or cooking spray For coating
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Optional Your favorite dried herbs (like thyme or oregano) For additional flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  • While the air fryer heats, take the frozen chicken breasts out of the package.
  • Lightly coat the chicken breasts with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts into the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Cook the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) before serving.

Serving

  • Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken from the air fryer, let it rest for a few minutes, and then slice or shred as desired.

Notes
