Ingredients

apple juice

assorted frozen fruit (cherries, raspberries, blueberries, mango)
3/4
cup
vanilla Greek yogurt
as needed
additional fruit and/or mint sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and ensure you have a sturdy blender.
Pour the apple juice into the blender first, then add the assorted frozen fruits and the vanilla Greek yogurt.
Blend on high until the mixture reaches a creamy and smooth consistency, usually about 30 seconds.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more apple juice and blend again.
Pour the smoothie into two tall glasses and garnish with additional fruit or mint if desired.
