Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 2 cups assorted frozen fruit (cherries, raspberries, blueberries, mango)
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • as needed additional fruit and/or mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and ensure you have a sturdy blender.
  • Pour the apple juice into the blender first, then add the assorted frozen fruits and the vanilla Greek yogurt.
  • Blend on high until the mixture reaches a creamy and smooth consistency, usually about 30 seconds.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more apple juice and blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into two tall glasses and garnish with additional fruit or mint if desired.
