Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare your donut pan by greasing it or spraying with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the egg and sugar until frothy, then add milk, Greek yogurt, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fill the donut cavities about three-quarters full with batter.
Bake for 9-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter until smooth to create the glaze.
Dip the cooled donuts in the glaze and immediately top with sprinkles and edible eyes.
