Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Beef Stew Meat Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes Halved for even cooking
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt Or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Beef Broth To keep the dish moist
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For searing the beef

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and cut beef into bite-sized pieces.
  • Optional: Parboil halved potatoes for a few minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef until browned on all sides.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer seared beef and halved potatoes to the slow cooker. Drizzle garlic butter sauce over them.
  • Pour beef broth into the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  • After cooking, let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
