Instructions
Gather all ingredients and cut beef into bite-sized pieces.
Optional: Parboil halved potatoes for a few minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef until browned on all sides.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Transfer seared beef and halved potatoes to the slow cooker. Drizzle garlic butter sauce over them.
Pour beef broth into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
After cooking, let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
