Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2-3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Juice of one lemon
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium-high heat until foamy.
  • Add 1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp, spreading them in a single layer.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
  • Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.
  • Add 2-3 teaspoons of minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Off the heat, squeeze the juice of one lemon over the shrimp and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Serve the garlic butter shrimp hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
