large shrimp
peeled and deveined
Salt
to taste
Freshly ground black pepper

Italian seasoning

minced garlic

Juice of one lemon

chopped parsley
Instructions
Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large pan over medium-high heat until foamy.
Add 1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp, spreading them in a single layer.
Season with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.
Add 2-3 teaspoons of minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Off the heat, squeeze the juice of one lemon over the shrimp and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve the garlic butter shrimp hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
