Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, grated garlic, parsley, chives, and salt. Whisk together.
Place the French bread cut-side up on the baking sheet. Spread the garlic herb oil evenly over each half.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese across both halves, then add Parmigiano Reggiano on top.
Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
Let cool for a minute, then slice into pieces and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
