  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets and olive oil. Toss until the broccoli is well-coated.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the bowl. Mix until the broccoli pieces are evenly seasoned.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the broccoli and toss gently to coat each piece.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned broccoli bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to allow even cooking.
  • Air fry the broccoli for about 10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crisping.
  • After 10 minutes, check for doneness. The broccoli should be crispy and tender. If you prefer a bit more crunch, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
