Preparation

  • Generously season the lamb chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Once hot, place the seasoned lamb chops into the skillet and sear for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.

Cooking

  • During the last minute of cooking, add butter, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary into the skillet.
  • Spoon the melted butter mixture over the lamb chops to infuse flavors.
  • Once cooked to desired doneness, remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the chops.

Serving

  • Allow the chops to rest for a few minutes before serving to let juices redistribute.
