Instructions
Cook the spaghetti noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the olive oil and minced garlic, cooking until the garlic is golden and fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Once the shrimp are cooked, add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, along with the dried oregano and Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked pepper.
