Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. medium shrimp shell and tail removed
  • 3 tsp. minced garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. butter softened
  • 2.5 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • ¾ lb. spaghetti noodles cooked according to package instructions
  • 5 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ground black pepper a dash

Instructions
 

  • Cook the spaghetti noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the olive oil and minced garlic, cooking until the garlic is golden and fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Once the shrimp are cooked, add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, along with the dried oregano and Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked pepper.
