Instructions
Slice the beef thinly across the grain.
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), rice vinegar, and grated ginger. Add minced garlic and mix well.
Place the beef in a bowl and pour the marinade over it. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a stronger flavor.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through until browned and cooked through.
