  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust for stronger flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season according to preference.
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley) for garnish Adds flavor and presentation.

Preparation

  • Heat a little oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onions, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Cooking

  • Add the shredded rotisserie chicken and gluten-free noodles.
  • Adjust heat to maintain a simmer and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and ladle into bowls.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley before serving.
