Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup can be substituted with honey or agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add-ins

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, melt the coconut oil and then mix in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips gently.

Baking

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
  • Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool before serving.

Notes
