Instructions
Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over medium-low, stirring until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Melt each color of candy melts in separate bowls, microwaving for 30 seconds and stirring until smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of each melted candy color onto the fudge and swirl with a knife or skewer for a marbled effect.
Place candy eyes on top of the swirled fudge.
Let set at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, or refrigerate to speed up the process.
Once set, score the fudge and lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares.
