frozen seedless grapes

banana

plain Greek yogurt

unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Measure out the frozen seedless grapes and frozen banana.
Place the frozen grapes, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into your blender.
Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Check the consistency. If too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.
Adjust sweetness if needed, adding honey or maple syrup.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
