Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup frozen seedless grapes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Measure out the frozen seedless grapes and frozen banana.
  • Place the frozen grapes, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into your blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Check the consistency. If too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.
  • Adjust sweetness if needed, adding honey or maple syrup.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
