Instructions
Segment the red grapefruit over a bowl to catch the juice, then set aside.
In a high-speed blender, combine the grapefruit segments, juice, frozen pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, coconut oil, and fresh ginger.
Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little non-dairy milk to achieve your desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into glasses or bowls.
Garnish with reserved grapefruit segments, berries, and granola before serving.
