Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 piece egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 piece cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until cooked through.
  • While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
  • Once the meatballs are done, serve them warm with the tzatziki sauce on the side.
