  • 6 ounces dark chocolate Preferably over 60% cocoa content
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup For sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional for additional flavor
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances the chocolate flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  • Gradually fold the cooled, melted chocolate into the yogurt mixture without deflating it.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until set.

Serving Suggestions

  • Top with whipped cream, fresh berries, or nuts before serving.
