  • 1 cup all-purpose flour You can mix with whole wheat flour for additional nutrients.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Toppings

  • Pizza sauce (your choice) Customize your sauce as desired.
  • Shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or your favorites) Sprinkle evenly over the sauce.
  • Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.) Get creative with your combinations!

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir until a cohesive dough forms, it may be sticky.
  • Transfer to a floured surface and knead gently until smooth.

Baking

  • Roll out the dough to your desired thickness.
  • Place the rolled out dough onto a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet.
  • Spread your chosen pizza sauce over the crust.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the sauce.
  • Add desired toppings on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove pizza from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for longer storage. Experiment with toppings and sauces for variety.
