  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, onion powder, dill, parsley, and chives.
  • Mix ingredients well with a whisk or spoon until smooth.
  • Taste the dressing and add salt and pepper according to your preference.
  • If a thinner consistency is desired, gradually stir in buttermilk or regular milk until the desired texture is achieved.
  • Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container.
  • Allow it to sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
