Ingredients

cup
whole frozen strawberries
1
medium
ripe banana, peeled and cut in half
3/4
cup
nonfat plain Greek yogurt

Tbsp
oatmeal
1
Tbsp
peanut butter or almond butter
1-2
tsp
honey (to taste)
Instructions
Gather all ingredients and place them in a blender.
Blend on low, gradually increasing speed until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.
If the mixture is too thick, add a little water or almond milk and blend again.
Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
