Greek Yogurt Smoothie

A creamy and nutritious smoothie made with Greek yogurt, strawberries, and banana, perfect for breakfast or a snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and cut in half
  • 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1-2 tsp honey (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and place them in a blender.
  • Blend on low, gradually increasing speed until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a little water or almond milk and blend again.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
