Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup cucumber

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients: Peel the banana if not frozen, core and quarter the Granny Smith apple, and wash the kale.
  • In a blender, combine the kale and coconut water first. Blend until the kale is finely chopped.
  • Add the frozen banana, Granny Smith apple pieces, and frozen pineapple to the blender.
  • Next, add the ice and cucumber.
  • Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
