coconut water

Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: Peel the banana if not frozen, core and quarter the Granny Smith apple, and wash the kale.
In a blender, combine the kale and coconut water first. Blend until the kale is finely chopped.
Add the frozen banana, Granny Smith apple pieces, and frozen pineapple to the blender.
Next, add the ice and cucumber.
Blend everything on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
