Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, packed Make sure it's washed
  • 1/2 piece banana, peeled and chopped Ripe banana for sweetness
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen mango Frozen gives creamier texture
  • 1 piece kiwi, peeled and chopped Adds zesty flavor
  • 3 ounces silken tofu Provides protein and creaminess
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder For added health benefits
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk Use your choice of milk

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and make sure your spinach is washed, and fruits are peeled and chopped.

Blending

  • In a blender, add fresh spinach followed by the chopped banana.
  • Add the chopped frozen mango and kiwi on top.
  • Spoon in the silken tofu.
  • Sprinkle in turmeric powder and pour in almond or soy milk.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds to a minute, adding more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Pour into a glass or to-go cup and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Store any leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the fridge for a few hours. It’s best enjoyed fresh, but can be frozen for later use.
