Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 1/2 Tbsp. almond butter
  • 1-2 cups frozen orange segments or pineapple or mango chunks
  • 1/2 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or more as needed)
  • 1 handful ice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare your greens, ensuring they are fresh.
  • Add the frozen spinach or kale to the blender, followed by the frozen banana and almond butter.
  • Add the frozen orange segments or other fruit of choice.
  • Pour in the almond milk and blend on high until smooth.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Add a handful of ice and blend again until frothy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more fruit if necessary.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
