Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup loose baby spinach
  • 1 medium banana halved and divided
  • 1/2 cup protein milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (dairy-free cocoyo recommended)
  • 1/3 cup diced mango for topping
  • 1/3 cup strawberries for topping
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine half of the banana, frozen mango, baby spinach, protein milk, and yogurt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, starting on low speed and gradually increasing.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  • Top with the remaining banana, diced mango, strawberries, and coconut flakes.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
